I've added the 'calendar' column to my to-do list view (PIM 4.11).  All calendar column fields show 'unknown'. When I modify or create a to-do item the calendar name is shown correctly, until korganizer is stopped/started again. Then does calendar item have also 'unknown' in the 'calendar' column.

In the 'Edit...' disalog the correct calendar name is shown in the grayed out, aka not changeable, drop-down menu at the top of the dialog.

   1st+3st row:  modified to-do items
   2nd: created to-do row: added item
   all other are unchanged to-do items

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  start korganizer
2.  select to-do view  
3.  add column 'calendar' to the list view
Actual Results:  
all calendar fields display 'unknown' [ maybe only for caldav calendars?]

Expected Results:  
display the name of the calendar

Don't return "Unknown" as the calendar name.

That happened because the code wasn't using the complete collection,
which can be retrieved from the ETM.
