I want to change the default application that opens XML from FireFox to Kate. After I set Kate to the first place(top) and apply changes (apply and ok button) the firefox opens, so the changes doesn't save.
If i tried with kdesudo in dolphin and systemsettings, it doesn't change.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. way:
- start dolphin with normal user
- right click on XML, select properties
- click on filetype settings
- select kate and move up to top, then click on apply and ok

2. way:
I've try this settings to set in systemsettings / file association but the order does not change.


Expected Results:  
It should change the file association.
