XRandR 1.4 added support for Output and Offload providers. This is needed for Laptops with multiple GPUs and USB dockingstations.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
xrandr --listproviders show a list of currently available providers
If there are additional providers, it should be possible to use these.
