If the server does not inform about content length, KGet shows 0% until all data have arrived.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Tell KGet to download a file from a server that does not tell the content length.

Actual Results:  
  1. 0% 0% 0% 0% 0% 0% 0% 0% 0% 0% 0% 0% 0% 0% 0% 0% … 100%

Expected Results:
