Hi and thanks for the bug report (even if it's almost a year old now). I would like to know a little more about this. We have improved the training part of Parley during the last year so much that I think it's time to start thinking about other parts too. And teacher - student interaction is one of those parts. Would a simple "send answers as email" be enough for you to begin with? Or do you need something more advanced? As I understand from the people (teachers) in the session, if they cannot retrieve the answers (or the grades) the software is basically "useless" for them. They can use it in class but they will not be able to recognize what lessons have not been understood or should be improved or whatever. The teachers are basically "blinded". In my opinion, nowadays the main point that prevent the use of kde-edu in more classrom is the lack of tools for teachers: the suit have GREAT software for self-educated people but it is impossible for a teacher to know in what stage are their students. Ideally, the software should connect to moodle (or similar infraestructure, perhaps ownclod?) but a simple email is enough for them. |
