Still have many people trying Compiz in KDE, most of them do it just because they prefer wobbly windows & 3D cube effect. So improve KWin's effect like Compiz's seems to be a good idea to satisfy people.

We know KWin already have wobbly windows. But comparing with Compiz, KWin's wobbly windows are really uncool even after be tuned. Improve it like Compiz's, make it more cool, please!

Reproducible: Always

Expected Results:
KWin, Compiz

In order to have something like Compiz has/had we'd probably need to re-write the internals of the effect. I doubt that someone would like to do that, so I'm marking as NOT A BUG.

Also, I'd like to mention that KWin has support for out-of-source tree binary effects. So, one could implement the Wobbly Windows effect based on libanimation [1]. Something like that https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gvr7SPEXHF8
