Sentry Crash Report:

Description Waldemar Szostak 2013-08-04 19:33:40 UTC
I've been successfully using my main GMail calendar via their API (eg https://www.google.com/calendar/dav/my_gmail_username@gmail.com/events/ ) with Akonadi in KOrganizer.

However, when I added the URL to a custom GMail calendar that I had created, it does work (not downloading the calendar entries) and it's not possible in Akonadi configuration either. The calendar's URL is of the following format:
https://www.google.com/calendar/dav/abc123%40group.calendar.google.com/events/

The URL itself was most likely correct as the calendar's name was fetched in the Discovered collections section when defining the resource. Once the resource was added (and it is listed as expected), it's not editable. The resource to the main calendar is editable. It doesn't matter which calendar was created first.

Reproducible: Always

Is this bug still present in the latest release?

Well, it looks like Google now requires OAuth, which I'm not keen to implement. You can use the Google resource to have access to calendars and address books hosted at Google.

Cheers,
Grégory
