Steps to systematically reproducte the crash on my system:
- Launch Kgpg
- Click "Keys/Generate Key Pair"
- Enter Name and Email
- Click OK
- Once the "Enter passphrase for user..." window pops up, click the "Notifications and Jobs" button in the task bar
- In the "Notifications and Jobs" mini-window, there is a line under the Kgpg category showing "State: Requesting Passphrase", a progress bar showing zero progress, a Pause button and a Stop button
- Click the Stop button
- A "gpg process did not finish" window pops up
- Click OK once to close the "Enter passphrase for user..." window
- Click OK again to get the KDE Crash window.

Also, when I launch Kgpg, the terminal the following warnings are issued:

The crash can be reproduced every time.
