Minor bug which prevents the entering of text into a textbox 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Goto System Settings | Window Behavior | Window Rules
2. Click New
3. For Window title, select anything other than Unimportant
Actual Results:  
Textbox remains disabled

Expected Results:  
Textbox should be enabled

As workaround, run a detection first and set the title as important.
You can edit the result afterwards.
