Description Mickaël 2013-07-20 16:12:34 UTC
With my Dotclear blog, when I send an article to the blog, there is always a difference of -2H between "published" and real time : the article seems to have been posted exactly 2 jours ago.

It happens even if I check the "Change time" box in "Article's options" (in French : "Options de l'article>Modifier l'horodatage") and press "now"...

I think this is linked to the timezone, but I don't know why (my computer's clock is correctly set, both KDE clock and "date" command return me the correct time).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new article with dummy content
2. Send it to your blog (as draft, but works even if not draft)
3. Check the "published" date/time on your blog.

The bad date/time is properly retrieved from the blog (with the 2h of difference), and changing it from Blogilo and sending it again to the server still have the problem.

It is the UTC time that is sent to the server, I noticed it because this bug report shows me that I posted it two hours ago (it is the UTC time and France is UTC+2 I guess).
