Do you tried table-view mode introduced in 3.2.0 release ? Gilles Caulier I tried the table-view mode, but it doesn't help my usecase, Reason: the folder view is unchanged and still quite hard to navigate for drag and drop. I have a custom import script that already sorts my photos into folders by date, so I mainly want to move folders inside digikam ("this folder belongs to 'family', this to 'work'"...), not individual images. It would help if the interface was splittable, or if several views (windows) of digikam could be opened at once. Then one could move photos and folders between the different views, like in a file manager. Thank you for the bug report. As this report hasn't seen any changes in 5 years or more, we ask if you can please confirm that the issue still persists. If this bug is no longer persisting or relevant please change the status to resolved. This is still a usability problem for me on digikam 7.1. Maik, What do you think about this file ? A little bit out of topic no ? gilles |
