Can't resume file transfer jobs, if I press the pause button in the notification widget while moving or copying file.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Move file from one location to another
2. In the notification widget, press the pause button, to suspend the job 

Actual Results:  
Resume button doesn't  appear, the job cant be resumed, pressing the pause button does nothing

Expected Results:  
Pause button transforms to resume, which, when pressed, continues the file job

It looks like the latest commit to kde-workspace/plasma/generic/applets/notifications/contents/ui/JobDelegate.qml is the cause of the bug. After reverting last commit changes and recompiling the kde-workspace package the problem is gone
