Not for me. I have two Identities, 'Supernet' and 'Alpines' that both use
the same address. I have an 'Alpines' folder as sub to a 'Supernet' folder,
and matching Identities configured for each. I just opened a reply to a
message in the 'Supernet' folder, and was given the 'Alpines' Identity.
KMail 1 did this too, but I never filed a bug on it.
I need more infos that it: For example screenshot of your folder properties + screenshot of your identity etc. Created attachment 81015 [details] folder_Alpines.png On Monday, July 08, 2013 05:25:08 AM you wrote: > https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=322075 > > --- Comment #3 from Laurent Montel <montel@kde.org> --- > I need more infos that it: > For example screenshot of your folder properties + screenshot of your > identity etc. Here are the two identities from ~/.kde/share/config/emailidentities: [Identity #1] Attach Vcard=false Dictionary=English (Canada) Drafts=775 Email Address=jerome@supernet.ab.ca Email Aliases= Fcc=837 Identity=Alpines Image Location= Inline Signature=\n= J e r o m e Y u z y k | jerome@supernet.ab.ca\n= Sunbeam Alpine Series II #9118636 | www.bss.ab.ca/sunbeam\n Inlined Html=false Name=Jerome Preferred Crypto Message Format=auto Reply-To Address=Alpines@autoex.team.net Signature Enabled=true Signature Type=inline Templates=785 VCardFile=/home/jerome/.kde/share/apps/kmail2/Alpines.vcf X-FaceEnabled=false uoid=91949028 [Identity #13] Attach Vcard=false Dictionary=English (Canada) Drafts=775 Email Address=jerome@supernet.ab.ca Email Aliases= Fcc=837 Identity=SuperNet Image Location= Inline Signature= Inlined Html=false Name=Jerome Yuzyk Organization=BRIDGE Scientific Services Preferred Crypto Message Format=auto Reply-To Address=jerome@supernet.ab.ca Signature Enabled=false Signature Type=inline Templates=785 VCardFile=/home/jerome/.kde/share/apps/kmail2/Alpines.vcf X-FaceEnabled=false uoid=1641411393 Oddly, they have the same VCardFile, as do other Identities using that account. Attached are captures of the Folder properties for the folder each identity is related to. Created attachment 81016 [details]

This bug has only been reported for versions before 4.14, which have been unsupported for at least two years now. Can anyone tell if this bug still present? If noone confirms this bug for a Framework-based version of kmail2 (version 5.0 or later, as part of KDE Applications 15.12 or later), it gets closed in about three months. Just as announced in my last comment, I close this bug. If you encounter it again in a recent version (at least 5.0 aka 15.08), please open a new one unless it already exists. Thank you for all your input. |
