The Apply button in Playlist->Playlist Layouts->Configure Playlist Layouts... is always enabled, even after it has been clicked. 

Reproducible: Always



Expected Results:  
Starts disabled, enable when you change anything, disable after it has been clicked.

Still not fixed in amarok v2.8.0
