Description Philippe ROUBACH 2013-07-05 10:18:25 UTC
opensuse 12.3 x86_64
kde 4.10.3
okular 0.16.3
adobe reader 9.42

i buy a railway ticket from french SNCF railway company
 http://www.ter-sncf.com/Regions/aquitaine/Fr/Default.aspx
then
they send me a ticket to print

when i view or print with okular or adobe reader the ticket
then
the 2 D qr code is badly rendered

see the attached files

same pb with mandriva 2010.2 i586 and okular 0.14.3

it's a big pb because when the controller flashes my print ticket it fail's and he may refuse me in the train !

Reproducible: Always

Comment 7 Albert Astals Cid 2013-07-05 11:01:47 UTC
Well, if we do the same rendering Adobe Reader does, how do you know the ticket is rendered wrongly?
Comment 8 Philippe ROUBACH 2013-07-05 11:14:43 UTC
i don't understand the question .

you don't see tha bad rendering of the qr code ?

perhaps i don't understand the pb and it is not a font rendering pb .
Comment 9 Albert Astals Cid 2013-07-05 11:19:23 UTC
I see the same rendering of the QR code in Adobe Reader and in Okular.

I don't know how it has to be rendered, so no, i am not seeing any bad rendering.

Do you know how it has to be rendered to prove it's wronly rendered?

okular good rendering of a qr code

this is another ticket with other fonts
Comment 11 Albert Astals Cid 2013-07-05 11:41:25 UTC
?¿

What does that prove?

I'm really confused.
Comment 12 Philippe ROUBACH 2013-07-05 11:55:44 UTC
ok i made an error

when we see the A4 print page we don't see any black and white squares but tiny lines
but
if we zoom with okular we see correct black and white squares

so it is not an okular or print rendering pb but a pb between the qr code and the the controller reader

perhaps the qr code is too small

sorry
