When I connect shapes to each other I can not see arrow heads on the lines

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Connect lines between two objects
2. No arrows
3.
Actual Results:  
The line is connected between two objects but there are no arrows

Expected Results:  
The line is connected between two objects but there are no arrows

In Version 2.9.11, I pick the arrow end in the tool options when connecting shapes and it does not add the the arrow.
