Otherwise,  kget complains of missing kworkspace.dll on startup. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. only select kdenetwork in the installer
2. try to run kget after the installation
Actual Results:  
kgets fail to run due to missing kworkspace.dll

Expected Results:  
kde-workspace is automatically installed as dependency and kget runs

I'll respin the kdenetwork packages anyway, since the git repos have been split.

ok, this is fixed in 4.12
