Subject : Option to not include internal anchors in history

Error Class: change-request
Error Location: documentation browser
Priority: low
Bug Description ---------------------------

I would like an option in the documentation browser preferences so that when I click on a link to an internal anchor in a web page this is _not_ included in the history list.

Why? Because all of the internal anchors for the KDE docs have anchor names which are meaningless strings of numbers. Having these in the history list isn't particularly helpful.

I would prefer to only have whole pages in the history list and have the "forward" and "back" menu take me to the top of the page. Once there I can search or use the class member hyperlinks.

How to repeat the error -------------------

Bugfix or Workaround ----------------------

System Information ------------------------

A very old bug! Is it still valid?

I have no idea, I haven't been using KDE or Linux in a long time, sorry :)
