Most of the time, when clicking a link that opens a popup window, the window content is not shown and only a blank window opens. I usually have to try 3 or 4 times before the content is displayed.
Example: go to cloud.feedly.com, click "log in"

Reproducible: Sometimes

There's no kwebkitpart for KF5
