When sharing an image database over several computers, the video thumbnails should not need to be generated on every single computer.

Therefore the videothumbnail cache should use the relative path instead of the absolute path of a video file for the hash generation. (Which is also consistent with the image thumbnail mechanism).

Bonus points for converting existing videothumbs instead of regenerating completely.
