When I try to edit any topic, I find that the control codes (color, bold, ... etc) are gone leaving a non-formatted text. And I have to type all the control codes all over again.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Press the "edit channel settings" button.
2. Go to "Topic" tab.
3. At the edit box, there isn't any control codes which was formatting the topic.
Actual Results:  
The new topic is set as plain text without any formats.

Expected Results:  
Original topic's control codes should be written when editing.

I'm using Linux Mint 15 Olivia 64-bit.
