- Information about the crash:
I was wandering why youtube videos did not play so I enabled bug tracking, refreshed the page and the debugger was triggered. 
- Unusual behavior I noticed:
Got alert saying: "JavaScript Error"
- Custom settings of the application:
In Configure Konqueror "Enable JavaScript globally", "Enable debugger" and "Report errors".

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Flash and Gnash plugins
2. Enagle bug tracking for JavaScript
3. Open youtube video
Actual Results:  
Triggered alert.

Expected Results:  
Youtube videos playing
