Plasma elements such as Kickoff menu, battery info, calendar of clock widget don't remember their coordinates and sizes (Kickoff menu)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.change position of calendar widget - make it close to the edge of the screeen or exactly touch the edge or even over the edge
2.reboot/relogin/restrt X
3.open the calendar again
Actual Results:  
the widget will reset it's position/size

Expected Results:  
it should remember position and size

Should be resolved in Plasma 5 now, and in either event KDE4 is obsolete and unmaintained. Please open a new bug if you still see this issue in Plasma 5.
