Tooltips appear not immediately; and disappear in several seconds, instead of staing for all the time while mouse is above the object

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.hover your cursor over an object
2.whait
3.whait
4.still whait
5.just whait
6.when you've finaly got your toolptip start reading this long messa
7.go to 1



Just make that with options, so everyone could chouse the show/hide delay

Please be more specific: Which tooltips, where?
Plasma tooltips (the huge semitransparent ones), regular tooltips (the smaller darkgrey ones)?

Regular tool tips are handled by Qt. Please report this issue directly to Qt developers via https://bugreports.qt-project.org/
