I checked "qtconfig", which only allows 10 ms as the smallest value, and this makes comboboxes work. It looks like Qt is not designed for smaller values, especially 0 ms. Opening directories works fine. I tryed as quik as I can.
But combobox still doesn't work correctly. Checked on a machine with kde 4.4.5
