I have a video collection with hundreds of entries and I usually look through them with the icon view. Clicking an icon just highlights it. It would be nice if clicking on it opened up the entry view and also have a button to go back to the icon view where I left off.

Hi,
Double click opens opens the editor.  I would like it to open the Entry view. 
Maybe there could be an option to change the double-click behavior?

Ah, right, I mis-read your initial comment. As it happens, I've configured the next major release to separate the Entry View from the Icon View, so your concern wouldn't need to be addressed. I don't know when I'll be able to get around with the next major release, so I'll leave the bug report open to remind myself.

Closed since Tellico 3 no longer uses the same select behavior.
