1. Install GoldenDict or StarDict. 2. Install the dictionaries for the preferred language or configure the internet sources for translation. 3.Configure interactive translation of clipboard in GoldenDict or StarDict with a corresponding shortcut (not F1, F1 is for the help). 4. Select some word in Okular and copy the word into clipboard. 5. Press your shortcut. 6. Watch the translation.
