Recently upgraded to Ubuntu 13.04 with KDE 4.10.2

On every application, clicking Help -> _______ Handbook
results in "Could not find service khelpcenter"


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to read any KDEapplication handbook

Actual Results:  
Could not find service khelpcenter

Expected Results:  
Handbook opens.

Please check if khelpcenter4 package installed.

apt-get install khelpcenter4

set report status correctly.

I agree that the root cause was a missing khelpcenter. With the move to Frameworks a fallback is provided which leads to the website.
