Hi all.

Scatter parametter should count the brush size and should be relative. 
I did a screenshot and comparison to Gimp:

This is very important thing for brushes, please fix it if you can. :)

Er... In that screenshot, you're showing a scatter amount of 0.12. That's going to put everything really close together. If you make the scatter amount higher, you'll see that the displacement is actually dependent on brush size already.
