crashes usually when watching videos;  monitor shows a few lines with numbers and errors or it becomes blank with white rectangular box or window.
cursor disappears.
have to press reset button to start again.
sometimes bug reporting box appears but when i try to send the report it says 'bug repoting failed'

At lease please tell us which application has crashed ?  And where is the backtrace generated by drkonqi ? WIthout those basic information, this report is barely useful. 

And Debian stable, well, I guess I know why DrKonqi fails to send the report:  the version of the application you are using is just old, and Bugzilla simply refuses to accept reports against disabled versions. See https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=315073#c3
