printer does not print make HP 1020

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.printer command
2.Printer Icon appears 
3.does not print
Actual Results:  
no print job printed

Expected Results:  
nothing and report of crash

it should have printed a page

Which version of KDE SC is this report about? And where is the backtrace since something crashed ?
