When Air theme is used there is sometiimes no frame around widget popups, such as notifications or time (http://i.imgur.com/vGbiVwU.png), which makes them hard to see on white background. I think, it is not normal.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Drag your mouse to any widget on plasma panel and wait for a popup
Actual Results:  
If I am lucky, a popup appears and it has a frame (http://i.imgur.com/Owcxqp8.png), but mostly there is no frame.

Expected Results:  
I expected to see the black frame, which makes popup easy to see on light background.

I've experienced this bug sometimes. Annoying.

Unconfirmed. Gentoo amd64 KDE 4.10.2, nvidia 313.30
I never seen this bug in Air theme.
