Description Valter Mura 2013-05-06 18:37:46 UTC
The addressbook autocompletion dowsn't work with the akonadi resource for Google Contacts.
The Groups in my contacts are only "Personal" and Other Contacts", I have setup no other groups.

The autocompletion is regularly working on "recent addresses", which is regularly enabled in Kmail.

To add an address to a new mail (if not present in the recent ones) I have to click on the "Select" button, which opens the selection dialog. In there, I can normally see my Gmail contact groups and select them.

Reproducible: Always

Expected Results:
To get a correct autocompletion

My system is 64-bit.

Could be consequence of bug #259949 ? Can you re-test with KDE 4.10.3?

Tested with current git build of KDE PIM, autocompletion from Google Contacts resource works here, so it will be fixed in 4.11.

Ok, it will work on 4.11, because I tested yesterday in my system and it is still *not working*.

KDE/KMail 4.10.3
Kubuntu 13.04

Recent addresses autocompletion works normally
