Description Dave High 2013-05-04 08:06:29 UTC
After editing and saving a text file, the internal editor by default creates a backup file with a tilde on it's extension.
When i disable this feature in the settings menu, the editor does not create any backup files.
But when i close krusader and start a new session, the setting has fallen back to the default and the editor creates those backup files again.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start krusader and disable the creation of backup files.
2. Close krusader. Start krusader again and edit a file by pressing F4.
3. Save that file.
Actual Results:
When i start a new krusader session, the internal editor has lost or forgotten the settings i had made before.
Krusader creates for each and every edited file a backup (whith a tilde).

Expected Results:
Krusader should permanently save the settings.
