Hi,

Installing lokalize from kde 4.10.2 on windows lead me to an error message complaining about a missing libbzip2.dll. Installing libbzip2-vc100-1.0.6-1-bin.tar by hand solves the problem.

I had similar problem with kile (update from 4.8 to 4.10.2, complaining libbzip2.dll not found). I could not solve it by manually installing bzip2. Instead a complete fresh install of kde on windows solved the problem.
