Title pretty much sums the bug up. In Ktorrent my downloads are 4 x slower than in other clients e.g. Azeurus. I don't know why this is, because I have tested it with the same torrents, same settings and so on.

The max download speed I get in Ktorrent is around 550KBps in Ktorrent compared to 2MBps in other clients.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Ktorrent from Ubuntu Software Centre
2. Load a torrent or magnet
3. Watch it download slowly ):
Actual Results:  
The maximum download speed was 550KBps when I know for a fact it should be downloading those torrents an awful lot faster.

Expected Results:  
Downloaded at the correct speed.
