I think many KDE's fans agree with me for adding service menu editor to Syetem settings similar to KMenuEdit.

Currently there is already done at: http://kde-apps.org/content/show.php?content=85062&forumpage=1 so I'm wondering can you add this option by default to system settings.

This wouldn't be done in System Settings but would rather be a separate app. Nothing;'s stopping someone from writing one, but it's a bit out of scope for System Settings, sorry. :)
