kcmshell4 (4.10.2) on KDE Platform 4.10.2 using Qt 4.8.4
- What I was doing when the application crashed:I was reseting my time again to the curent local time it crashes consitenly just about every time but does change the time.

kcmshell4 () on KDE Platform 4.9.5 using Qt 4.8.3
- What I was doing when the application crashed:
Time changed to UTC unexpectantly. When I went to change it back to my time zone, the KDE Control module crashed.
