When I do all update of kde-4.10, emerge can't start.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. be sure emerge isen't start
2. switch to git branch kde-4.10
4. be sure git is up to date with git pull
3. try to start emerge with kdeenv.bat.
Actual Results:

Expected Results:  
emerge start correcty

please post your kdesettings.bat - I guess there's a problem there because emerge is working just fine over here

You should check where python is installed and adjust the PYTHONPATH variable in kdesettings.bat.
If Python is installed "Program Files" check your system environment variables echoing %PROGRAM_FILES% or %PROGRAMFILES%
