Custom map themes don't get deleted when I right click on them and choose "Delete Map Theme". That makes creating a new map with the same name impossible.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right click on a custom map
2. Select "delete map theme"
Actual Results:  
There are some leftovers.

Expected Results:  
All files and directories should be deleted.
