konsole's view isn't redrawn when i detach a tab.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open Konsole
2. open 2. tab
3. detach tab using kontext menu on tab or drag tab out of main window
Actual Results:  
content is not readable in detached tab until an event happens.

Expected Results:  
we can read content in detached tab

I thought this was fixed - it works for me in KDE 4.11

I'm running KDE 4.10.1 on Gentoo.

Reopen if you can still reproduce this with a current konsole version.
