- What I was doing when the application crashed:

I had just closed down Kontact to save Akregator read state (because of a bug in Ubuntus qtwebkit that causes it to crash randomly). Korgac started its notification frenzy from https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=250729 and before I got to kill it Plasma crashed.

I had this crash today for the first time, despite not having done anything different than what I normally do. The difference was that normally I have a single screen but this time I had two screens configured, with one icontask widget in each one, so the crash could be related to that.

This is with KDE 4.11.2.

It's been a while that I haven't used two screens again, and I didn't see this crash anymore. Today I am using a second screen and just had this crash again. I believe it's very likely that this bug is related to having two screens.

I am search for bugs related to Kontact and run into this one. 

As this is bug in KDE 4 and it does not present in Plasma 5, I suggest we close it.

This bug report was filed for KDE Plasma 4, which reached end-of-support status in August 2015. KDE Plasma 5's desktop shell has been almost completely rewritten for better performance and usability, so it is likely that this bug has already been resolved in Plasma 5.
