Description Daniel Moyne 2013-04-18 07:15:06 UTC
When logging through lightDM with a Logitech K360 keyboard I end up with an qwerty keyboard rather than azerty keyboard as expected with french language
Comment 1 Daniel Moyne 2013-07-21 10:49:30 UTC
still there after updating to KDE 4.11

Did you configure your keyboard layout only for the current user, or system wide?
Comment 3 Daniel Moyne 2015-04-21 17:14:04 UTC
As I am still living with this nasty bug after reinstalling kubuntu I which I could answer the preceeding question but what means "system wide"?
Comment 4 Daniel Moyne 2015-07-02 16:00:55 UTC
still with this problem for me related to K360 wireless Logitech keyboard because when I tested with a typical USB keyboard I had an azerty setting as expected BUT without numerical keys setting though set in the kde configuration.

We no longer use lightDM, having moved to SDDM several years ago. As such, this bug report is no longer applicable. Bugs reports for the new SDDM-based login screen should be filed to one of two places:

1. Visual/UI bugs with the login screen UI itself, or feature requests: plasmashell | Theme - Breeze
2. Bugs with the login/user switching process: https://github.com/sddm/sddm/issues
