You are most likley missing gpg-agent connectivity which produces exactly the same behavior for me. Try launching kleopatra and if the self test dialog does not pop up with an error directly go to settings -> perform self test. With gnupg 2.1 the gpg-agent is started on demand by gnupg. So I think it is sensible to just mark this issue as resolved upstream. |
