I have an epub, downloaded from Adobe website, I tried to open it using Okular and found that it doesn't display the text properly. In-fact it overlaps with other text.
I tried it using Calibre and it works fine there.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download the epub
2. Open it
Actual Results:  
No cover image appears despite of the fact that this epub has a cove image.

Expected Results:  
A cover image should be loaded.
