Sometimes, when the notification for an incoming chat message appears, clicking the 'Respond' button on it fails to open the chat window. This happens randomly.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Chat for some time through an open chat window.
2. Get an incoming chat message so that a notification appears with a 'Respond' button.
3. If the chat window was open, the focus may not change to it. If the chat window was closed, it may not open.
Actual Results:  
The chat window does not open or get focus after clicking the 'Respond' button.

Expected Results:  
The chat window should open if closed or get focus if open, after clicking the 'Respond' button.

This is actually a bug in Plasma desktop. Should be fixed in KDE 4.10.
