Smaller test case - ctrl+End and holding the up arrow gets stuck

Description Shlomi Fish 2013-04-15 12:10:22 UTC
With the abstract.xhtml.wml file in the link (will be attached soon) then pressing Ctrl+End to go to the end and then pressing and holding the Up button causes the cursor to get stuck on line 144 col 117 and not move.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Edit abstract.xhtml.wml in kate
2. Press Ctrl+End.
3. Hold the up arrow.
Actual Results:
The cursor gets stuck at line 144.

Expected Results:
It should go to the end.

I'm on Mageia Linux 3/x86-64 with a mixed Hebrew/English set up (and English localisation).

This is a smaller test case - Ctrl+End and holding the up arrow gets stuck. Tested on mageia x86-64 v6 and on Fedora 24 x86-64 - can reproduce in both on Xfce.

The small test case works for me, but the large one still fails :(
