I love the fact that YouTube links are now embedded within the chat ui. However it doesn't parse the short links aka youtu.be/<string> yet. Request to add support for short links.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Send or receive YouTube videos via the short links youtu.be/<string>
Actual Results:  
No preview of YouTube video.

Expected Results:  
Expected preview of YouTube video embedded within text-ui.
