The periodic reminder does not work - there is only one readiness popup.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Configure reminder for every 60 sec
2. Set up tea timer
3. Wait several minutes after tea readiness 
Actual Results:  
Notification popup appears only once

Expected Results:  
Notification popup every 60 sec

This problem first appered in version 1.2.0 (KDE 4.7.0) Windows 7 (Bug 285894) and still exists in 1.2.2 (KDE 4.8.0) Windows 8.

The reminder also isn't working for me with kteatime 4:17.08.3-2 on Debian Linux.

By default there is no popup for the reminder, and the default sound was broken, I guess that's the reason:
