how is stored this label ? :) it's in a vcard ? etc. I just checked. It is stored in the VCARD like this "TEL;X-Eltern:+4912345678" Just found another thing: It appears that Android allows custom labels also for email addresses, messengers, snail mail addresses, companies, websites, internetcall and relationship. I do not know if this follows any standard. At least for some of them it makes sense to me. Thank you for the bug report.
